Job Description

About the Role As a CBRE Office Services Coordinator, you will provide advanced business operations and administrative support to multiple departments or management teams. This job is part of the Office Operations function, which is responsible for providing office support to a client, business function, or individual contributor. What You'll Do Work with functional leaders, business leaders, and peers to continuously improve presentation content and identify additional information to be included when necessary. Coordinate with office management to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Manage office supply inventory and purchase items as needed. Accept deliveries and respond to escalated inquiries from external stakeholders. Facilitate visits for high-level internal and external visitors, including vendors and clients. Assist with the development and improvement of office systems, processes, and services. Apply general knowledge of standard principles, techniques, and procedures to complete assigned tasks and solve routine problems. Demonstrate broad knowledge of your job discipline and some knowledge of related disciplines within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with

values. Influence others and help drive agreement when needed. Impact the quality of your own work and contribute to the success of the team. Work within established procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Explain complex information clearly in straightforward situations. What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Understanding of established procedures and standards to solve moderately complex problems. Ability to analyze potential solutions and apply sound judgment based on technical experience and precedent. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive and detail-oriented mindset. Advanced mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, fractions, ratios, and other financial-related calculations. Must have valid driver's license.
