About Us We are one of the largest mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractors in Indiana and among the preeminent specialty contractors in the nation. We specialize in a full range of new and retrofit construction for industrial, food processing, commercial, institutional, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and bio-fuel projects. Job Summary Shambaugh is looking for a Contracts Administrative Assistant. In this position you will be responsible for assisting with scanning, copying, mailing, and logging construction contracts. #shambaugh #LI-DF #LI-Onsite Essential Duties & Responsibilities Work closely with the contracts team to ensure timely and accurate recording of all contracts throughout the various phases Scan, copy, and mail contracts and keep records as needed on the status of projects Maintain accurate electronic records of all contracts Research and retrieve archived documents Maintain confidentiality Send emails as needed to internal customers to follow up or acknowledge information that is needed Request COI's for new Clients and Maintain COI's for existing Clients Submit Monthly Hours for appropriate Clients Complete all Owner Client Specific Information
  • if applicable Make sure our grades with Clients are B's and above Get help from appropriate people as needed Other duties as requested Qualifications Proficiency in computer usage and above basic Microsoft Office & Windows skills required Experience with AS400 a plus Communication, planning, organizational skills via verbal, written, and electronic mediums Quality Control skills
