Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Attendant to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth office management. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for visitors, clients, and staff alike. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, practicing excellent phone etiquette Manage front desk activities including checking in guests, scheduling appointments, and directing inquiries Handle incoming calls with efficiency, providing accurate information or transferring calls as needed Maintain office organization by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, word processing, proofreading documents, and maintaining records Support office management by handling mail distribution, supply inventory, and basic administrative tasks Demonstrate strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure seamless office operations Uphold professional phone reception standards through courteous communication and proper phone etiquette Experience Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs Demonstrated proficiency in office management tools such as calendar management software and multi-line phone systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance Experience in clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and handling confidential information is advantageous Proven ability to manage time effectively while supporting multiple responsibilities simultaneously Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where professionalism meets proactive service! Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
