Job Description
Bailey & Wood Financial Group is seeking a Jr. Processor/Administrative Assistant for the Whiteland, Indiana Branch.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls. Opening cases. Following up with appropriate parties to obtain title and insurance documents. Verification of data for correctness, completion, and accuracy. Assisting Senior Processor as needed. Maintaining and updating closing database. File status management. Assisting with marketing mailers. Running reports, pulling and organizing data. Other duties as assigned by management.Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to meet deadlines. Detail Oriented and organized. Computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office and able to learn additional software.Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalentTraining Requirements:
