In addition to typing, filing and performing duties such as invoicing, also answers nonroutine phone calls. Detail oriented and motivation to work independently and as a team is required. Greeting visitors as they arrive.
Required Experiences:
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records. Knowledge of processes for providing customer services. Excellent attention to detail and time management. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Proficient in using multi-phone lines, fax machines and copiers/printers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Director of Manufacturing to ensure paperwork is completed Work with other departments to ensure tasks are completed Ensure phone is answered by the third ring. Keep records organized and filed at all times. If work is slow, ask another department if they need help. Other duties as assigned by leadership team.
Physical Demands:
Standing, walking, bending, kneeling and/or sitting for long periods of time Push/Pull/Lift/Moving 40 pound Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
