We are looking for a
SCALE HOUSE CLERK
to join our Fort Scott, KS location. As a Scale House Clerk with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will weigh trucks, process purchase orders, answer phone inquiries, and provide customer service. Role Responsibilities:
Weigh trucks, issue tickets, manage traffic flow, and support efficient dispatching. Complete administrative tasks such as purchase orders, payables, fuel tracking, deposits, and routine reports. Compile month-end closing data, conduct margin and cost analyses, and reconcile timecards for plant personnel. Greet visitors, answer calls, and maintain office and plant inventory.
About You We Require:
A high school diploma or GED. A minimum of 1-year of industrial, shipping, or manufacturing experience. Good organizational and math skills. Good verbal and written communication skills.
