Career Interest:
Responsibilities include performing daily administrative support for the operation of the division. Plans and schedules meetings and maintains calendars. Assists with developing presentations and preparing reports. Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions Assists in the daily operation of the office. Responds to requests for information from the internal and external sources. Works with management to evaluate need for office supplies for division/sections and purchasing of said supplies in a cost-effective manner with maintenance of books for office expenses. Prepares confidential correspondence, maintains calendar, reads and prioritizes division/section director's mail. Assists in timekeeping for division, support proofreading/editing manuscript documents, slide/poster presentations, internal department communications (newsletters, website etc.), prepare/publish call schedules. Coordinate divisional meetings including conferences, seminars and site visits. Coordinate renewals for licenses and records for department of medical education. Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.
