Shift:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM

•4:30 PM (including 30-minute lunch) Hours per week: 40

Employment Type:

Temp-to-perm potential

License/Certifications:

High School diploma + 3 years of relevant experience or Associate's degree + 1 year experience; pharmacy tech license is a bonus but not required

Experience:

1+ years in insurance billing, revenue cycle, prior authorizations; EPIC experience preferred

Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable, 24/7 dedicated support team What You'll Do Submit prior authorizations for prescriptions and specialty medications Complete medication assistance and grant funding applications for patients Contact insurance companies to follow up on claims and authorizations Assist with patient data collection and documentation in EPIC Ensure compliance with health facility policies and procedures Collaborate with pharmacy and healthcare team to provide accurate financial guidance Maintain excellent communication with patients and insurance providers

What You Need Required:

High School diploma + 3 years of relevant work experience OR Associate's degree + 1 year of relevant experience

Preferred:

Pharmacy technician license Key skills: Attention to detail, strong communication, proficiency in EPIC or similar EHR systems, professionalism, and reliability About the Assignment Be part of a dedicated healthcare team at a reputable facility in Lenexa, KS, committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
