Months Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with strong sales operations and reporting experience to support sales teams and leadership. This role focuses on sales data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, event coordination, and administrative support while helping improve operational efficiency and business performance. Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite. Analyze sales data, trends, forecasts, quotas, pipeline activity, revenue, and other KPIs. Support sales representatives and managers with reporting, communications, and administrative activities. Coordinate sales meetings, training sessions, team events, and customer-facing events. Serve as a primary point of contact between sales teams and internal departments. Manage schedules, communications, documentation, and project tracking. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of administrative, sales support, or sales operations experience. Strong proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience creating reports, dashboards, and analyzing sales data and KPIs. Understanding of sales metrics, quotas, forecasts, pipeline activity, revenue, and performance tracking. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting sales teams and leadership. Event planning and coordination experience. Process improvement and reporting automation experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
