GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY
Assist with clerical duties in Certifying Scientist Department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Coordinate paperwork flow between departments. Retrieve data for Certifier review. Organize data and Chain of Custody Forms (CCFs) for Certifier batch review. Transfer screening batches to appropriate locations and append POS pull chains to regulated screening batches. Process re-transmission requests. Process CCF fax requests. Keep work area neat and clean. Maintain and protect the confidentiality of all
CRL, CRL
subsidiaries, legal entities and client information. Be able to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations that would apply to this job. Other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
H igh school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in an office or laboratory setting.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The following physical attributes are required for this position: Regularly required to walk between departments Sitting for extended periods of time Repetitive use of hands, fingers, wrists, and elbows for operating a computer and telephone Reaching with hands and arms, and reaching above the shoulder Twisting Bending or stooping Squatting or crouching Kneeling Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds Must be able to "courier" CCFs and data from department to department.
EQUIPMENT
PC; copier, printer, name stamps; date stamp; file cabinets; bankers boxes.
OTHER:
Overtime required to meet customer needs, to be determined daily. Weekend work as required according to workload.
