We're looking for a Business Support Specialist I to join our team - someone who enjoys organized work, communicates professionally, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality results. This position supports multiple areas of the business, including customer service, accounting, documentation, and administrative functions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing clarity and order to information, balancing routine responsibilities with new challenges, and finding satisfaction in getting the details right. What You'll Do As a Business Support Specialist, you'll help keep information organized, accurate, and moving throughout the company. Your work directly supports our customers and internal teams by ensuring the details are right the first time.
Responsibilities include:
- Enter, verify, and maintain business information with a high level of accuracy.
- Organize and maintain electronic files, records, and documentation.
- Prepare, proofread, and format reports, spreadsheets, invoices, and business correspondence.
- Monitor and respond to customer and internal email communications in a professional and timely manner.
- Support accounting and administrative functions through document preparation, record maintenance, and other assigned tasks.
- Research discrepancies, gather information, and communicate findings to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Assist in documenting procedures and identifying opportunities to improve internal processes.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality. Preferred Experience in one or more of the following is helpful, but not required:
- Administrative support
- Customer service
- Accounting support
- Data entry
- Logistics or transportation
