Clerical Support Full Time Location:
Scott City
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer Telephone by the 3rd ring and direct calls. Meet with persons in services to complete necessary paperwork. Monitor, track, and update spreadsheets Assist Direct Care staff, with office machines. Maintain Knowledge of staff location and communicate person in services needs. Special Projects as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Age 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Must have a current and valid driver's license.
