Medical Asst, StaffFlex contract, 13 weeks $39.82/hr Full-time; Mon- Fri, 7:30a
- 4:00p No call American Heart Association BLS, required before hire Customer Service experience [Required] Phlebotomy experience [Required] Vaccine administration experience [Required] Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Display a caring and professional consumer focus attitude at all times [Required]
- Able to communicate in writing and verbally clearly and effectively with patients and co-workers [Required]
- Demonstrates ability to utilize numerous technology software, such as the Electronic Health Record (EHR) [Required]
- Updates clinical and medical knowledge by participating in educational opportunities for professional growth [Required]
- Proactively suggests quality improvement ideas and patient safety ideas [Required]
- Customer service skills [Preferred]
- Medical terminology [Preferred]
Education:
- High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Field of Study:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
Work Experience:
- Customer service experience in medical office [Preferred]
