Russell Tobin's client is hiring an Office Coordinator in
Bowling Green, KY Employment Type:
Contract Location:
Onsite - Bowling Green, KY 42101 Pay rate: $16-$17.50/hr
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations by developing and maintaining efficient systems and routines Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects while ensuring timely completion of all work in progress Prepare reports, presentations, and communications to support organizational needs Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration Analyze data, support special projects, and contribute to process improvements while assisting with day-to-day operations and team coordination
Requirements:
