We also promote a healthy work and life balance. The Department of Pretrial Services has an immediate need for a Pretrial Services Project Coordinator in Region 2, Butler County. The Pretrial Services Project Coordinator collaborates with the Region Administrator and Region Coordinator to support regional staff in executing daily operations, programs, and projects, ensuring timely preparation, accurate review, and effective maintenance of special projects and reports. Assists with scheduling, delivering training, and monitoring quality assurance, and facilitates regional trainings and the Pretrial Academy to enhance staff performance and program compliance.
Examples of duties or responsibilities:
Supports the Region Administrator and Region Coordinator with scheduling, participates in special projects, and contributes to workgroups as directed to advance departmental goals and initiatives. Facilitates and coordinates project meetings as requested. Assists with submission of project management as requested. Responds to customer support inquiries and provide assistance as needed. Collaborates with regional staff in executing daily operations, programs, and projects, ensuring timely preparation, accurate review, and effective maintenance of special projects and reports. Conducts audits of Tableau and case management reports to ensure data accuracy and completeness, maintains in-custody reports, tracks failures to appear and rearrests, and completes quality assurance tasks to provide reliable information to judicial partners. Performs daily operations as needed to support essential department functions. Coordinates schedules and travel arrangements for conferences and meetings. Other duties as assigned. At least two (2) years working with or within the criminal justice, judicial, and/or legal systems. Substitute

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
(AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): NONE Working Conditions Work is primarily performed in an office or similar indoor environment. Statewide travel is required. May be required to work weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts to attend court and/or meet with incarcerated and pretrial release individuals. Occasionally exposed to loud noise when meeting inmates in jail. Occasionally requires exposure to defendants who may become violent or threatening. Requires flexibility in schedule to meet operational needs. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
