Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Helps manage and coordinate office calendars when needed
Assist in meeting preparations including but not limited to organizing printed documents, ordering of meals, booking of meeting rooms both internal and external, etc.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Help schedule training events and coordinate project training requests
Coordinates Travel, when needed
Support the front desk by operating phone to receive incoming calls
Provide general support to all visitors.
Send overnight packages.
Responsible for ordering name plates and business cards
Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies as needed
Maintain printer and copier stations and serve as point of contact for service issues
Assist with daily facility responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel preferred
