Seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to support site operations, employee engagement activities, and administrative functions within a manufacturing environment. This role requires a highly organized professional who can coordinate meetings, events, communications, and operational activities while partnering with HR, leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate meetings, calendars, site events, trainings, and employee engagement activities. Support internal communications, announcements, Town Halls, and take meeting minutes. Process Purchase Orders (POs) and assist with administrative and operational processes. Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and business documentation. Coordinate with HR, Facilities, IT, vendors, and external stakeholders to support site operations. Support onboarding activities, visitor readiness, PPE coordination, and workspace setup. Track KPIs, maintain documentation, and support expense and operational reporting. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Required Qualifications:
2-3+ years of administrative or operational support experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, production, or biotechnology environments. Experience with meeting coordination, event planning, and office administration. Experience processing Purchase Orders (POs). Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to interact professionally with employees, leadership, HR, vendors, and visitors. Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Manufacturing or industrial site experience. SAP or ERP system experience. Experience supporting vendors, facilities, onboarding, KPI reporting, or site operations.
