How you'll contribute A Behavioral Health Technician who excels in this role: Under the supervision of an RN, assists in assuring optimal patient care.
Patient Monitoring & Safety:
Observe patients closely, document behaviors, and ensure a safe, secure environment.
Support Daily Living Activities:
Assist patients with hygiene, meals, routines, and basic care needs.
Implement Treatment Plans:
Follow care plans developed by clinicians, including leading or supporting therapeutic activities.
Crisis Intervention:
De-escalate situations and respond appropriately to behavioral or emotional crises.
Documentation & Communication:
