Develop and maintain organized filing systems. Update and maintain office policies and procedures. Order office supplies as needed. Research suppliers, pricing, and available purchasing opportunities. Maintain accurate and current contact lists. Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports. Provide general administrative and clerical support. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling company information. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
