JOB TITLE
Head Start Administrative Assistant
JOB SUMMARY
The Head Start Administrative Assistant provides vital administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the Head Start program. Reporting to the Program Director, this role is responsible for managing records, preparing reports, coordinating logistics for meetings and trainings, maintaining accurate timesheets and financial tracking, and supporting staff with various operational tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, skilled in Microsoft Office applications, and able to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED is required. Associate's degree or administrative experience preferred.
COMPENSATION
$17.65 - $20.48 Based on verified experience.
