We are looking for an individual who demonstrates initiative, strong organizational and managerial skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced educational environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is willing to learn , takes ownership of assigned responsibilities, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while providing excellent service to students, faculty, staff, and administration. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to school leadership, faculty, and staff. Assist with student records, documentation, reports, correspondence, and general office operations. Assist with admissions, student services, and other departmental functions as needed. Coordinate schedules, meetings, special events, and other administrative activities. Maintain accurate and organized electronic and paper records. Assist with data entry and the school's student management/learning management systems. Communicate professionally with students, employees, prospective students, and outside organizations. Demonstrate leadership and assist with coordinating staff and departmental activities when needed. Complete assignments independently, accurately, and within established deadlines. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate Degree or higher required. Previous administrative, office, supervisory, or management experience preferred. Strong leadership and managerial skills . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software and technology. Must be dependable, punctual, professional, and able to work with limited supervision . Must demonstrate initiative and be willing to learn new responsibilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Must successfully complete required background screening. Schedule This position requires flexibility to work both daytime and evening hours based on the needs of the college. Candidates who are only available for daytime hours should not apply. What We Are Looking For We are especially interested in someone who does not need to be constantly directed—someone who can identify what needs to be done, take initiative, follow through, and become a dependable part of the college's administrative team.
Pay:
$14.00 - $20.00 per hour
