Duties Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring quick retrieval of documents and records. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events for staff or clients. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, supporting client communication efforts. Assist the staffing department by setting up background checks, fingerprint appts, and any other related tasks at the time. Schedule and attend meet and greets, get signatures, and assist with other logistics. Qualifications Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry with high accuracy. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Strong computer literacy including familiarity with spreadsheets, word processing, and productivity software. Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills.
