Back Office Assistant @
White Glove Interior Care Job Summary:
As our Office Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and staff, and the backbone of our day-to-day administrative operations. You'll work closely with leadership to support scheduling, communication, and recordkeeping across the companyDuties/Responsibilities:
Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage general correspondence Coordinate staff scheduling and support client communication Maintain accurate records and files, including basic data entry for billing and payroll Order and track office and cleaning supplies Provide administrative support to leadership and field teams Help maintain a positive, professional office environmentSalary Range:
$15.00 - $18.00Hourly Qualifications:
Required Skills/Abilities:
Be Happy Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 Business Suite Answer the phone, according to the phone answering procedure, track all calls Check, address emails upon arriving and continually throughout the day, voice mail as well Check Express Time Data Manager for previous day of clocking in, correct all the time Should there be outstanding invoices, validate all invoices, credit cards, misinformation, etc Validate all booked appointments Look over schedule for efficiencies that may be made more effective Address any questions the technicians may have, schedules, off holidays, time off, etc Be mindful of and seeking ways in which White Glove may save money/reduce cost of operating Work on the development of Policies and Procedure, from the business wheel, in Process Street Secure the office at the end of the dayEducation and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required No experience required; we will train the right candidate Must pass a background check (i.e., no criminal charges within the last 7 years)Physical Requirements:
Sitting or standing at computer Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, carry a few items 50 lbs. How toApply:
