We are looking for an organized, professional, and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our growing team this summer. This role is a blend of front desk duties, office coordination, and team support—perfect for someone with a customer service mindset and a passion for helping things run smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Greet clients and answer incoming calls Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments Coordinate day-to-day office needs and supplies Prepare documents and support financial advisors with admin tasks Ensure a welcoming and professional office environment

Qualifications:
