Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our brand new facility and team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all guests and staff. This position is essential in upholding our standards of excellence in hospitality and cleanliness. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are spotless and well-maintained. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Assist in deep cleaning tasks as needed, including floor care and industrial cleaning projects. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service. Requirements Previous experience in custodial services, hotel housekeeping, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and floor care methods is desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties that require standing for long periods, lifting moderate weights, and moving throughout the facility.
