Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic person to support our team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations within an independent living environment, ensuring that residents receive compassionate, personalized support while maintaining a safe and respectful atmosphere. Your leadership will empower your team to provide high-quality patient care, adhere to regulatory standards, and foster a nurturing environment that promotes independence and dignity for all residents. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, and age-related conditions. Duties Serve as point of contact for both internal and external communications, facilitating smooth interactions. Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and manage voicemail. Provide support to our Human Resource Department with billing and LASRS Schedule meetings and appointments for team members, ensuring efficient time management. Conduct Office of Inspector General/background checks & hiring screening Provide direct support to our Supervisors Compose, edit and file documents Develop and update client listing/employee listing Ensure a clean and safe office environment to maintain compliance with health standards. Facilitate effective communication between residents, families, healthcare providers, and team members to promote transparency and trust. Develop and update individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs while supporting their rights and dignity. Order and track office supplies, Be proficient in office software and tools Requirements Proven experience working in an office Strong knowledge of patient care practices Familiarity with
LASRS, HIPAA
regulations, resident's rights, and confidentiality standards. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team leadership.
