This position performs daily administrative duties to support the Office of the Provost. Responsibilities include front desk operations, requisition processing, coordination of all calendars and meeting spaces that are under the purview of the Provost. Also serves as primary support for the Assistant Provost. AA/EOE Minimum Qualifications 1. College degree. 2. Two years administrative office experience required. 3. Ability to organize duties efficiently with daily, frequent attention to detail. 4. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters. Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience working in a university setting. Special Requirements Summary Work Hours Full time KSA's Knowledge, Education, Experience, and Proficiencies 1. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. 2. Working knowledge of basic computer operations and applications. 3. Ability to establish work assignment priorities and perform duties without immediate or constant supervision. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Description Front Desk Management Responsible for greeting all visitors to the Office of the Provost and answering all incoming telephone calls. Manages calendar for all meeting spaces under the purview of the Provost Office. Maintain office supplies. Responsible for office mail pickup and distribution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Description Support Assistant Provost Work closely with Assistant Provost to manage and maintain the office via administrative and fiscal policies/procedures. Support committee work assignments and special projects assigned to the Assistant Provost. Process requisitions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Description Special Projects Serve as support for special projects which occur daily and/or periodically in Academic Affairs.
