Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws What You'll Do Provide high-quality care to ICU patients, including post-op CABG, valve repairs, aortic dissection, and transplant recovery Assist with patients on PA catheters, balloon pumps, and continuous renal replacement therapy Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and recovery Adapt to float requirements across ICUs and SDUs as needed Follow facility protocols and maintain compliance with all certifications and licensing What You Need Valid Louisiana RN license or ability to obtain Minimum of 1 year ICU experience Proficiency with Epic electronic medical record system Experience caring for post-operative surgical and transplant patientsBLS, ACLS, NIH
