Creates and maintains school/department related information, materials, databases, files, forms, records. Data entry as required.
Compile information from a variety of electronic records, databases, and files.
Print software reports as requested.
Support student enrollment/withdrawal functions.
Maintain administrators calendar, schedule appointments, assist with memos and other related correspondence/documents.
Create and/or assist with department/school related memos, correspondence/documents.
Process purchase orders and supply requisitions.
Assist with the organization of district/state assessments.
Coordinate, if applicable; announcements, events, ceremonies, and field trips.
Compile and review documents, correspondence and other related materials before distributing to students, staff, parents and outside organizations. Support payroll function and distribute paychecksCorrect, maintain, and ensure accuracy of the absent management system.
Organize mailings, prepare school materials, and proper disposal of sensitive documents.
Perform duties necessary for start-up and close of the school yearOperate standard office machines and equipmentDistribute mail, answer phones, intercom and door.
Perform other duties as assigned by your Administrator and/or by the Superintendent Each clerical position will have individual tasks related to each performance responsibility.
Full Job Description Performance Responsibilities:
