Job Description

Administrative Assistant (Contract, 2-3 months)
Pay:
$25-$28/hour
DOE Location:
Fully Onsite, Amherst, MA A respected academic organization is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support one of their leadership teams on a full-time, contract basis to provide high-level administrative and coordination support, with responsibilities including: Managing and overseeing complex calendars for senior leadership Coordinating and scheduling high-impact meetings and cross-functional forums Developing meeting agendas and ensuring effective meeting coordination Supporting workflows and processes across multiple systems and departments Assisting with procurement activities and related administrative processes Coordinating event planning and logistics Handling sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Previous senior level administrative support experience (calendaring is a must!)
