The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage data entry, maintain office records, coordinate schedules, assist with internal communication, and support basic office accounting. The successful candidate is professional, reliable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to accuracy, teamwork, and excellent customer service. Experience with Microsoft Office is required, and QuickBooks experience is preferred. Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Enter and maintain accurate records, files, and data.
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and document organization.
- Support communication between departments.
- Assist with inventory, purchasing, and production paperwork as needed.
- Assist with QuickBooks data entry and basic office accounting tasks.
- Maintain confidential information with professionalism.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and email.
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
