Administrator/ Program Director Arrow Consulting NY Attleboro, MA Job Details Full-time $80,000 - $100,000 a year 5 hours ago Qualifications Operations Hiring Business development Behavioral health center experience Full Job Description Job Overview Riverway is a new adolescent mental health day treatment program opening in Attleboro, MA - and we're building it from the ground up. We're looking for a Program Administrator who wants the challenge of standing up a program, not just running one, and who is genuinely passionate about giving kids high-quality care.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own day-to-day operations of the PHP/IOP program: scheduling, staffing coverage, and regulatory compliance. Lead pre-opening and ongoing licensure, credentialing, and payer contracting. Build referral relationships with schools, districts, and community partners. Hire, onboard, and supervise administrative and milieu staff. Manage census, length of stay, and utilization review to keep the program healthy operationally and clinically. Serve as the program's face to families and referral sources. Track key operating metrics and report to ownership.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or Master's in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred. 3+ years of operational leadership in behavioral health; PHP/IOP or adolescent program experience a plus. Active network in the space with existing relationships in adolescent behavioral health is very strongly preferred. Working knowledge of MA commercial behavioral health licensure and payer contracting. Comfortable building systems in a startup environment, not just running existing ones. A genuine commitment to kids and to high-quality adolescent mental health care.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
