Role:
The Office Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the daily financial and administrative operations within the automobile financing department. This position is responsible for managing billing processes and every day processes. The role requires close collaboration with the Sales and Service Departments to maintain organized records and facilitate smooth communication between clients and the Company. The successful candidate can multi task and pay close attention to detail and work closely with the office, sales, service and general manager.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to self-motivate, multi-task, and be a team player Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Accounts payable and receivables Vehicle administration, including stocking in new vehicles, registrations, and titles Maintain detailed and organized financial records, including transaction logs and correspondence related to billing and collections
