Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Job description
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various administrative tasks, possess excellent communication skills, work independently, problem solve and deal with client demands in a responsive way.
Duties:
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, copying, and transcribing
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist with data entry tasks
  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a law office or similar setting is preferred
  • Proficiency in proofreading documents for accuracy
  • Experience in legal administrative and receptionist tasks is beneficial
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines
