Job Description

Position Summary CACCI/Child Care Network (CCN) seeks a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide customer service and administrative support to families seeking early education and care services. This position plays a key role in supporting daily program operations through information and referral services, database management, recordkeeping, social media updates, and general office support. Essential Responsibilities Provide professional customer service and information/referral assistance to families and community members. Connect families with early education resources and community programs, including Head Start, WIC, and Early Intervention. Maintain accurate records and perform data entry in agency databases. Prepare basic reports and assist with special projects. Update and maintain social media platforms and website content. Maintain family, provider, and program documentation in accordance with agency policies and confidentiality requirements. Assist staff with administrative functions related to child care financial assistance programs. Perform general clerical and office support duties. Learn and utilize agency software systems to support program operations. Interact with families, providers, coworkers, and community partners in a professional, confidential, and culturally responsive manner. Qualifications Associate degree (preferred) in Child Care Management, Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent education and experience. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Ability to learn new software and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
