  • We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced general dentistry clinic on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

  • Duties
  • The Office Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including: greeting patients registering new patients according to established office protocols assisting patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation verifying and updating patient information informing patients of dental office procedures and policy moving patients through appointments as scheduled entering all relevant patient information into data system maintaining and managing patient records in compliance with privacy and security regulations answering and managing incoming calls responding and complying to requests for information scheduling patient appointments confirming upcoming appointments and recalls according to office protocol checking daily appointment schedule filling in cancellations and no-shows organizing referrals to other medical specialists collecting and receipt of payments from patients at time of treatment informing patients of financial treatment plan options preparing and mailing billing statements preparing claim forms for dental insurance arranging supporting documents for insurance claims sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post monitoring and maintaining inventory of dental office supplies updating patient education materials maintaining a professional reception area safeguarding patient privacy and confidentiality •Experience•The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working in a dental clinic setting.
Prior experience with Eaglesoft software is highly desirable. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thrive in a high pace environment, and excel at multitasking.
