Job Description
JOB GOAL
To facilitate the efficient operations of the Technology office and support department staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate Degree preferred.
Ability to interact with staff, students and the public in a professional and courteous manner.
In depth knowledge of enterprise computing and mobile operating environments as they may relate to educational and workplace productivity. Familiarity with district HR/Financial Management systems (MUNIS), work order systems, and Google Workspace.
Demonstrated aptitude and experience in educational technology, software implementation, and other business critical systems.

REPORTS TO
Executive Director of Technology
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively manage/coordinate simultaneous projects and successfully prioritize multiple tasks in a detail-oriented and thorough manner. Works with minimal supervision. Communicate effectively and confidentially via phone and email. Perform duties in a professional, courteous and accurate manner.
Maintain well-organized, accurate records and files including inventory documentation of all hardware and software.
Assist supervisor with organization of various projects including department's ticketing workflow, technology research, and presentations.
Assist with tracking and maintaining department budget reports.
Create and maintain credentials for technology services provided by the district.
Assist district technology staff in providing professional development.
May provide professional development in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
Maintain confidentiality of all student and staff information.
May be required to prepare payroll records and accounts receivable/payable in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
Manage supervisor's correspondence, appointments, and calendar where applicable.
Implement school district policies, guidelines, rules and regulations pertinent to the position as directed.
Attend and apply professional development to practice.
Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Technology or designee.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Typical office conditions: sitting, bending, stooping, filing, occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds of office supplies/files. Close vision at or correctable to normal range.
