Job Description
You might be the perfect candidate if you are someone who is highly detail-oriented with a flexible and adaptable nature. Along with excellent verbal and written communication skills who can interact effectively with both customers and co-workers. You will also possess the ability to function equally well in both a team environment and independently. Customer Service•Manage & Update Customer accounts. Basic Bookkeeping•Data entry, customer invoicing, payment posting and collections. Processing orders by phone and on-line portal for Oil Delivery Will also be responsible for the day to day office operation such as multi-line/high volume phone calls, filing and other duties as needed.
