Administrative Assistant :
The successful candidate will have an ability to assist in a fast-paced, collegial, team-based office that serves the Academic Affairs community. The job responsibilities include management of the electronic personnel action system for faculty, support of the Provost's office with scheduling, special visits and other clerical needs, and assistance to the Registrar's office, as possible, with responding to student questions, processing student request forms, completing enrollment verification requests, fulfilling transcript requests, reconciling registration lists. Qualifications and Requirements Three year's experience in administrative assistance and/or work in office environments. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree. Preferred Qualifications Experience working higher education field. Salary This part-time position is for 20 hours per week at $35 per hour.
