BAY, Massachusetts.Qualifications:
To qualify at the GS- 09 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis. Experience in planning and coordinating recreational programs and activities. Experience in evaluating recreational programs and recommending improvements. Experience in developing program plans, budgets, and managing volunteer staff. OR Master's or equivalent graduate degree (major in general recreation, or one of the appropriate fields of recreation such as outdoor recreation; recreation and parks leadership; wild land recreation management; natural resources recreation; youth recreation; public, urban, or community recreation; special populations recreation (e.g., senior citizens, institutional, etc.); or physical education). OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if relatedNOTE:
