This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who communicates comfortably with patients and customers, stays organized in a busy setting, and enjoys keeping office workflows running smoothly. The role offers a Monday through Friday schedule and focuses on front-office coordination, scheduling, and general clerical support.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and provide attentive front-desk support while creating a positive experience for patients and customers.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to routine questions, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and maintain appointment schedules, ensuring accurate booking and efficient calendar management.
- Scan, organize, and file documents to keep office records accessible, current, and properly maintained.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks such as data entry, document handling, and general office support activities.
- Assist with day-to-day office coordination to help maintain an orderly and productive work environment. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an office or administrative support role.
- Prior experience scheduling appointments for patients or customers in a detail-focused setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on details.
- Comfortable communicating with a wide range of people in person and over the phone.
- Proficiency using Apple-based systems and standard office technology.
- Ability to handle receptionist and clerical responsibilities with professionalism and accuracy.
