Support sales activities by assisting with client communication, preparing sales documentation, and coordinating appointments or meetings. Utilize software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite to perform bookkeeping, invoicing, and report generation accurately. Oversee office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure the workspace remains organized and efficient. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven office management or administrative experience with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes. Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism. Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in customer service or client communication roles demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining discretion at all times. Prior experience in clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and time management is preferred.
