Work Study Office Assistant Posting Details Position Information Title Work Study Office Assistant Position Description The School of Social Work is seeking an energetic and dedicated student worker who has good oral and written communication skills. The individual will perform a range of office support assignments while being exposed to new software, methods, processes, and procedures. Clerical tasks to include but not limited to: Greet visitors with a polite, professional, friendly and helpful manner; Assist staff and faculty work as needed: this may including building and maintaining excel spreadsheets; filing documents, copying and scanning documents, etc. Assist with projects as required; prepare materials for distribution, event set-up, create posters. Data entry and assignments working with Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Run errands across campus to deliver documents and materials. Desktop publishing, creating posters, newsletter, and research. Other general office assistance as needed.
Eligibility requirements:
Must be a Bridgewater State University undergraduate student registered for a minimum of six credits for the Fall 2026 semester. Must have Work Study award in your financial aid package Preferred Qualifications Detail-oriented with good customer service skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Punctual and able to handle confidential information with discretion Physical Demands Must be able to lift 5-15 pounds.
