Summary We are seeking an energetic, self-starting individual to join our company as an Administrative Assistant (Admin Assistant). Reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and supporting our senior leadership, the Admin Assistant would be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks and duties. This can include managing schedules, scanning documents, managing paper and virtual databases, answering the phone and inquiries, responding to emails, collecting and distributing the mail, making deposits and any other administrative tasks as needed. Our ideal candidate has a wide range of applicable skills, from strong computer proficiency with office productivity suites to attention to detail with data entry tasks. Skills such as time management, multitasking, and organizational skills would be preferred. Having a thorough knowledge of our product and service offerings, and prior administrative experience is a strong plus. Full time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00pm. Essential Functions Work closely with the senior leadership team to oversee daily business operations Run reports, make electronic deposits, maintain databases. Scanning and emailing received mail to various departments Assisting with sending checks for co-management fees Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients, employees and contractors Assisting with ongoing projects. Other administrative duties as assigned. Work Environment This role operates in a professional medical office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, telephones and office equipment. Physical Demands This role requires periods of time sitting at a desk using office equipment as well as moving around the office meeting with other staff on an as needed basis. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm schedule.
