Job Description
What You'll Do:
1. Support the Service Operations Manager with daily department operations 2. Schedule and dispatch service technicians 3. Coordinate emergency and routine service requests 4. Communicate with customers, technicians, contractors, and inspectors 5. Coordinate and track service projects/jobs from initiation through completion, ensuring schedules, permits, inspections, customer communications, and project milestones remain on track 6. Obtain, track, and follow through on permits, inspections, and municipal approvals 7. Create and manage work orders and service documentation 8. Assist with billing, reporting, and administrative functions 9. Order, receive, manage parts/equipment for jobs/projects 10. Help improve processes and deliver exceptional customer serviceWhat We're Looking For:
1. Strong communication and customer service skills 2. Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail 3. Ability to manage multiple jobs/projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 5. Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar strongly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable managing work orders, scheduling, customer records, project tracking, and reporting within a business management software platform. 6. Experience in project/job coordination, dispatching, scheduling, service operations, permit and approval administration, or office management preferred 7.
