Carver, Massachusetts Weekend Office Help (Seasonal Role) A production facility in Carver, MA is looking to add to their seasonal team. The Office Clerk will be working in a fast-paced environment through the first week of November. This is a great opportunity to earn some additional income before the holidays or build your resume! The Office Clerk will provide administrative and operational support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The hours are Saturday and Sunday, 10 AM to finish. During peak season, the office closes at 9 PM. The pay for this position is $20/hr. + $1/hr. shift differential. All hours worked on Saturday are paid at time and a half. On Sunday, time and a half is paid for anything over 8 hours a day.Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provide excellent customer service to visitors and coworkers. Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and records. Create and update reports using Microsoft excel. Accurately enter and maintain data in systems. Other duties as assigned.Desired Background/Skills:
Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is preferred. Strong data entry skills and attention to detail is required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities is required. Must be comfortable working in a team. Previous ERP experience is a plus.Other Information:
