Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls accurately, and provide excellent customer support Maintain organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and updating records using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets Utilize computer literacy and technical proficiency to perform clerical tasks like word processing, proofreading, and calendar management Handle office management responsibilities including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative functions Assist with client communication by providing information clearly and courteously via phone or in person Support office team with general clerical duties such as filing, document preparation, and maintaining office supplies Experience Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and spreadsheet management Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Technical proficiency with office management tools like QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors Strong data entry skills with accuracy in typing and proofreading tasks Experience managing multi-line phone systems and calendar coordination to optimize productivity Embark on a rewarding journey where your proactive attitude and dedication will make a meaningful impact.
