- Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join their PACT team.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming phone calls throughout the day Greet clients/visitors in person and on the phone professionally and respectfully Manage and organize the Psychiatrist's schedule Scan/organize all necessary documents into Eliot's Electronic Medical Record Produce monthly reports for DMH and MBHP Inventory supplies and order as necessary within constraints made by supervisor Ensure proper maintenance of office machines and the office area Communicate effectively with other Team members Attend weekly staff meetings. Prepare and distribute meeting minutesQualifications:
High School Diploma required At least one year of office experience required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredSchedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Hourly Rate $19.50- $19.
