Job Description

Alliance for Children, a non-profit private adoption agency is seeking an Administrative Assistant. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while handling deadlines, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is dedicated to customer service, resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Tasks:
Answers telephone, give public information regarding agency services, reply to emails from clients, organize incoming applications, filing, copying reports, and other duties as assigned.
Skills and requirements:
Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel. Some college required. Bachelor's Degree Preferred If interested, send resume and cover letter. No phone calls please.
