We are seeking a motivated assistant to specialize in our tenant recertification process. You will work with our property, rental, and assistant property managers on tasks related to affordable housing activities. From on-site data collections to processing tenant information, you'll be responsible for the administrative aspects of affordable housing recertification.
What You'll Do:
Schedule tenant recertification interviews. Assist with waitlist management and applicant processing. Coordinate apartment inspections for recertifications. Work with office staff on other administrative tasks as needed, i.e., collection of rent, answering phones, processing maintenance requests, assisting with social activities, etc.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in an administrative position You're an effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. In addition, you're highly organized and can maintain complete and current resident files in accordance with company and regulatory agency policy. You have strong computer technology skills. As a plus, you have a working knowledge of affordable housing regulations.
